We accept return and refund requests only under the following conditions:
β Eligible Reasons
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered (size/design/quantity mismatch)

- Unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Purchase receipt is required
Return Request Time
- Request must be raised within 2 days of delivery
Β Non-Eligible Cases
- No return/refund for custom or bulk orders
- No refund for delivery delays
Return Shipping
- Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after product inspection and approval
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5β7 working days
Cancellation Policy
