We accept return and refund requests only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged or defective
• Wrong product delivered (size/design/quantity mismatch)

• Unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests
• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Purchase receipt is required

Return Request Time

• Request must be raised within 2 days of delivery

 Non-Eligible Cases

• No return/refund for custom or bulk orders
• No refund for delivery delays

Return Shipping

• Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer
